Vision -
Om Shri Shankar Sai Charitable Trust, The planning was to work upon deep rooted factor and causes for any problem rather than problem itself. Though the organization was registered by young social workers having competencies related to social work, financial administration, human resource management, agriculture, law, public administration etc. with doctorate and Master degrees in their relevant fields, we got patronage of academicians, professionals and governmental and non governmental officials from all walk of life. Presently, Om Shri Shankar Sai Charitable Trust has eleven members in its executive committee who take important decisions and decide for future course of action. Apart, their is team of dedicated volunteers, staff, and members of the organization who guides at each and every step.
Mission -
Om Shri Shankar Sai Charitable Trust to establish an infrastructure of accessible services for people, primarily for under-privileged society, using manpower and resources available within communities willing to actively participate leading to an inclusive society. To make people’s life easier by applying the humanistic approach based on equality, justice and peace to bring them on the path of sustainable development by involving them in main stream society.

Making a paradigm shift from unorganized to sustainable development.
Initiate programs to improve the quality of life of persons with low-income areas.
Expand the services for the identification of children in the 0 to 5 year age group and put in place suitable early intervention programs.
To diversify sources of funds for a higher degree of financial independence
To establish linkages nationally and internationally
To sensitize, inform and educate target communities about the problem of rural as well as urban.
To develop the efficiency and caliber of the neglected and under privileged people of society
Ensure people's participation in the programmes of sustainable development and decision making process.
